How to Check the Right Link Before Placing an OgaViral Order
Before placing an OgaViral order, match the destination to the selected service, open the exact value you intend to submit and confirm that it identifies the right account or content. A profile address, a video link and a username are different inputs. Follow the listing's instructions rather than guessing from the platform name.
On our current services page, individual descriptions specify their required destination. For example, one TikTok likes listing requests a video link and says the video must remain public during delivery. That requirement belongs to that listing. It does not establish the input for every TikTok service.
Write down what you actually want the order to target
Start with a plain description of the destination: which account, which post and which service. This is especially useful when a Nigerian business has several similar product posts or when a manager handles more than one client's account.
For a hypothetical Abeokuta bag seller, two videos may feature the same design in different colours. A link opening a bag video is not enough. It must open the exact video the owner selected. Compare the account identity and the visible content with the agreed brief.
Keep that choice separate from the quantity and spending decision. Our client brief checklist can help record the intended destination before anyone prepares an order. An ambiguous message such as “use the latest one” needs resolving before submission.
Read the input requirement in the selected description
Look for the destination instruction in the service you are about to use. It may ask for a particular content link or another specified input. Do not rely on a different listing you used last week, even if the names look similar.
A link that opens successfully can still be the wrong type. Opening a profile establishes that the profile is available; it does not turn that address into the link for a specific video. Likewise, a screenshot identifies an appearance but is not itself a usable content address.
If the description is incomplete or its example is unclear, pause and ask for clarification through the support option available in your account. Do not construct a guessed URL from a display name or copy an example address as though it were your own destination.

Check the copied value rather than your memory
After obtaining the required destination, inspect the actual value in your draft order. A clipboard may still contain an earlier account address or another client's post. Reopening the intended content elsewhere does not prove the value in the order field is the same.
Where the required input is a URL, open that copied URL and compare the result with the brief. Check the account identity, the content and any detail that distinguishes similar posts. When the required input is a username, compare it with the exact account information and follow the listing's requested format.
If a shared address redirects, check where it ends. Do not assume every shortened address is accepted, and do not rewrite unfamiliar parts of a link by trial and error. Ask about the acceptable format if the description does not settle the question.
Use a small destination check sheet
| Check | What to compare | When to pause |
|---|---|---|
| Account | The owner or client named in the brief. | A similar name belongs to a different account. |
| Content | The selected post or video, where required. | The link opens another product or version. |
| Input format | The selected service's instruction. | You have a profile address but need a video link. |
| Access | The listing's visibility requirements. | The destination cannot be checked or does not meet them. |
This is a review aid, not an OgaViral interface screenshot or an automatic validation result. A completed checklist does not guarantee delivery. It helps you identify mismatches that should be resolved before you commit the order.
Check access without assuming your signed-in view is enough
Your own account may show content that another viewer cannot access. Check the access required by the listing using an appropriate viewing route. If the result is a sign-in wall or unavailable page, establish what is happening rather than treating it as proof of public availability.
Read our current conditions alongside the description. They address public access, duplicate orders and changes to account or content details during delivery. Keep the relevant destination stable while the order is active, following the applicable instructions.
If you need to rename an account, remove a post or change access, resolve that plan before ordering. Do not assume that a replacement destination can simply take over an order already submitted for another address.

If a client sends a new destination after you have prepared the order, treat it as a changed instruction. Compare the new content with the selected service again and record which destination was finally agreed. Do not leave the original link in the form while updating only the message thread. The final value, the client instruction and your retained order note should refer to the same destination.
Finish with one check of the actual order
Compare the selected service, destination and quantity together. A correct link in an old note does not establish that the final form contains it. For client work, have the responsible person confirm the intended content when the brief has changed.
Retain the service reference, submitted destination and resulting order reference in your authorised records. This gives support a specific order to examine if a problem appears. Keep account passwords and recovery information out of an ordinary order-check note.
If you discover a mistake after submission, check the order and contact support rather than placing another order to compensate. Do not assume cancellation or a refund is available. Our pending-order guide explains the separate checks for an order already in progress.
Purchased engagement is different from organic interest, and a correct destination does not guarantee customers, sales or compliance with a platform's rules. Before submitting, open the exact URL where one is required, match it to the brief and resolve any uncertainty in the service description.
